Hi I've never done a compile of a program before so I followed the instructions found at scipy.org/Build_for_Windows, but when I attempt to compile the latest version I get many many lines that say "could not locate executable ifort/ifc/efc/g77/g95" etc.
And when I run the test "numpy.test()" numpy cannot be found, so I'm assuming that I haven't actually installed anything.
