[Numpy-discussion] build numpy 1.6.2

Hi All, I built numpy 1.6.2 on linux 64 bit and installed numpy in site-packages, It pass all the test cases of numpy, but I am not sure if this is good build; As I did not specified any fortran compiler while setup, also I do not have fortran compiler on my machine. Thanks Prakash
