Modified time showing constant value

Hi in my crawl dump Modified time:Thu Jan 01 05:30:00 IST 1970 Retrive since fetch: 0 Retry interval:2592000.0 (30.0) score: 1.0 these fields are showing consatnt values why this is happening and what does these fields mean -- View this message in context:

Inject is meant to seed the database at the start. But I would like to inject new urls on a production crawldb, I think it works but I was wondering if somebody could confirm that. -- -MilleBii-
