I'm spending a lot of time at the moment talking about "Lean Product Development" including (hopefully) a webinar at sun.com about the high- level aspects of being able to do very rapid product development. I'd be happy to do 20 minutes on something but tailoring it to include techniques to incorporate into development techniques.
