We have a need to reread Windows event logs where they stopped sending logs to
a syslog-ng server. It's been awhile since I've mucked around with nxlog and
would appreciate any help on steps to get the the logs resent.

If you set 'ReadFromLast FALSE' in the eventlog input and delete
configcache.dat from the data folder this should collect all the stored
logs. Instead of the latter you can set 'SavePos FALSE'.
