Three more points: 1) No dark patagium on this bird (therefore not a Red Tail). 2) On several photos (of the many fine ones available), one can see that when perched the wings extend to the tail tip. (mark for Swainson's) 3) The bird is totally spot-on for Swainson's. Bob Lewis Sleepy Hollow
