I went over to the air field to look over the grass lands at the air fields
for Short eared Owls, Hawks etc.over the weekend. Saw at least two
harriers and Red Tailed hawks, but no owls. I did see a flock of 6 or 7
Meadowlarks. I got pretty good looks in my scope but when I drove closer to

In response to John Askildson’s comments, I offered, and subsequently
tried to help him with Avisys. Additionally, I received other contact
regarding the same software for which I offered advice.

anyhow, the Coyote I saw in it's "private sanctuary" in Manhattan's
Central Park is for real, wild & free... and my first full-daylight
sighting of the wily beast. Since this is a birding list, this was
moments after a Red-breasted Nuthatch sighting, in company with Ben

I have to laugh at the whole thing myself. I asked to see the
