I posted the sighting down below on Nov 30, 2014. Again yesterday, Jan 2, 2016, I saw a Black-headed Gull at the same location. Yesterday's bird was in adult basic plumage - and I am intrigued that it may be the same individual that was seen last winter as an immature along the shore of
