[nysbirds-l] Brown Pelicans, Cupsogue (Suffolk)

3 Brown Pelicans were spotted 10 minutes ago, swimming north of the beach just west of the tidal flats. They took flight and after some circling, alighted farther out in the bay, north of the large island that issued by campers. I suspect boat traffic will disturb them before long Doug Futuyma
