Shai Mitra and I are scanning through a huge flock of Canada Geese (several thousand) along the west side of Rt 105 a little south of the intersection with Northville Tpk. So far we have one each Richardson's, Blue Goose, White-fronted and Barnacle, with geese still constantly arriving from the

Hi All, Late this afternoon, there was a first-cycle GLAUCOUS GULL sitting on the water just off Orchard Beach. The bird then flew to the large, rock island offshore from the center of the beach, where it looked like it was going to roost for the night. The bird was still there when we left.
