Correction: I received a note that the Orange County and Dutchess County *Franklin's Gull* reported on the RBA *does not require* details submitted to NYSARC. Only downstate birds fit the requirements and this is not downstate enough. - Birds mentioned FRANKLIN'S GULL+ (extralimital) ASH-THROATED
