Fourth day in a row at the same Stratford, Connecticut location, a
Northern Wheatear was again reported early Tuesday, 8 September - but
also note the caution on local construction work resuming around there.

9/8 - The Northern Wheatear was along the high chain link fence
which borders the large grassy field at Sikorsky Airport in Stratford
this morning at 7:10 AM. Construction work, including a lot of
vehicle activity, has also resumed after the weekend quiet.
