See earlier e-mail message below. I just watched the immature Brown Pelican from the fisherman's parking lot at Jones Beach near the Coast Guard Station, as it flew further north in Jones Inlet. In speaking to one fisherman (Derek), he indicated that the bird was near the construction dock right
