Date: Saturday, 3 October 2009 (7:05a-7:00p) Location: Central Park - Sheep Meadow to the reservoir Observers: Lincoln Karim, Ben Cacace Reported by: Ben Cacace
It was a fairly slow day which turned into one looking for Red-tailed Hawks with Lincoln. Spotting Pale Male at the south end of the Locust Grove made for an easy ID of a female Hairy Woodpecker who was agitated and flying circles around the hawk.
