Central Park NYC Monday Sept. 12, 2016 OBS: Robert DeCandido, Deborah Allen, m.ob. on bird walk starting from Strawberry Fields at 9am with some pre-walk birding in Strawberry Fields from 8-9am.
Highlights: On Monday the group saw 14 Wood Warbler species, Bald Eagle, Osprey, American Kestrel & Peregrine Falcon. Overall the birding was slow. Saturday was the best day this weekend with good numbers of birds and the most diversity. There were fewer birds Sunday and even fewer Monday.
