I just had a lovely male Mourning Warbler among dense brush & fallen logs on
slope below Breeze Hill (to south towards Lakeside) in Brooklyn's Prospect
Park. He sang briefly even. This was the rarest of 18 species of warblers I've
had in the past hour birding in the park!

N
Raphael Campos redoing the Mourning Warbler shortly before noon. It is in the
same area where the Least Bittern was seen a few days ago south of the Rose
Garden in an "Aurelia Grove" behind a transformer "tombstone" near a huge tulip
tree and willow Oak.
