My sister Barbara and I birded Napeague Harbor in Amagansett, NY by kayak
today. Every summer there are numbers of terns that lounge by the shellfish
hatchery floats and that was our destination. We counted around 200 terns
in the area, the majority being Common Terns, including at least 25-30
