Took today off from working on my vacation house in PA to hop across the
Delaware and bird around Narrowsburg a bit. I stopped at Glen Cove cemetery in
Narrowsburg town, and then headed a few miles south on Route 97 to ten mile
river access trail. I am still acquainting myself with the area, so I just kind
wandered around a bit.

Highlights:

Bald Eagle 5 (4 adults)
Cooper's Hawk 3
Sharp-shinned Hawk 1
Black Vulture 3
Turkey Vulture 46
Chipping Sparrow ~100-150 birds easily at Glen Cove cemetery, didn't have time
to look through all of them
Yellow-rumped Warbler ~20
Common Yellowthroat 1
Baltimore Oriole 1 Glen Cove cemetery
Canada Geese 120
Eastern Bluebird 2
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 1
Winter Wren 1
Junco 20

On my way back I stopped at the National Park Service headquarters on the PA
side of the river, as this area can be productive, and had an active Pileated
Woodpecker nice and close!
