A Rough-legged Hawk was spotted just outside of Mount Kisco at the Chestnut Ridge Hawkwatch. This juvenile "light morph" bird was quite high and heading WSW, streaming out almost directly over the watch platform at 14:48. I thought it interesting that several Red-tailed Hawk spotted around the same time used a nearly identical flight line.
