Several hotspots (shared locations) have been setup for the Couch's
Kingbird sightings. Since the bird is not restricted to a specific park
I've created the neighborhood location called:

'West Village, Manhattan': the area is roughly bounded by the Hudson River
on the west and Sixth Avenue on the east, extending from 14th Street south
to Houston Street.

Two new spots are along Hudson St.

- 'Abingdon Square Park' is south of West 12th St. and east of Hudson St.
- 'Bleeker Playground' is north of West 11th St. and east of Hudson St.

Other hotspots in the area are 'Jackson Square' just north of Horatio St.
on 8th Ave., 'Jefferson Market Garden' is a small park closed for the
season but viewable from the street. This is west of 6th Ave. at the
latitude of West 9th and West 10th St. and 'Hudson River
Greenway--Greenwich Village (W Houston-14th St.)' which covers the West
Village. To the east of the West Village are 'Washington Square Park' and
'Washington Square Village'. The 'High Line Park' set of locations are
north of the West Village.
