Pat Lindsay also saw this bird this afternoon. Given that this is a juv, the bird's extremely pale overall appearance is beyond anything I've ever seen in the usual Black Guillemots we see in Mass, RI, and LI (race atlantis). The bird also shows a very petite bill. I wonder whether this

Hello All, The Black Guillemot that was seen on the Quogue to Watermill CBC continues as of 2 pm Tuesday. Eileen Schwinn has just spotted the bird sitting in Peconic Bay with some Longtailed Ducks about 200 yds off the Inlet of Bullhead Bay.She tells me the secondary roads from Sunrise
