A quick note that along the Robert Moses Parkway in Niagara Falls this past Tues (9/20), 2 Black Vultures accompanied by a juv. Red-tailed Hawk were soaring along the gorge about overhead the east parking lot at Devil's Hole State Park. I watched the birds for about 10 minutes as they gained
