I did not see an American white pelican today at Jamaica Bay NWR. I last spotted it at the West Pond on Monday. Other birders saw it Monday and noted it in the parks birdlog. There was a late-season glossy ibis at the West Pond today. Today and Monday there was an unusually high number (~40) of sn
