Spent ~ 2 hours (12 - 2 PM) checking some spots between the Buffalo Farm,
Riverhead, and Mattituck Inlet. Highlights were:
1) 3 Sharp-shinned Hawks
2) 3 Turkey Vultures
3) 1 Red-tailed Hawk
*All of the above seen from Sound Ave, Jamesport
4) At least 1 Cackling Goose, in a flock of ~ 200 Cana

EURASIAN WIGEON Prospect Lake
During my quick GBBC ,after work, i trudged down to the lakeshore along
the Peninsula Meadow. Noting a different duck that had me quite
intrigued, i got closer ,by ladder 18.It turns out,resting on the ice
edge,being a drake EURASIAN WIGEON
On the reservoir now. Also Common Merganser
