At least 2 people (Joe Borker and Gus Keri) saw the Northern Wheatear between
4.30 and 6.30pm today. It was again in the vicinity of the graffiti covered
boat towards the north-east of the Plumb marsh inlet. This is just south of the

Several good birds have been reported along the Niagara River in Buffalo
this afternoon. From the West Side Rowing Club, Peter Yoerg reports a
juvenile SABINE'S GULL, a juvenile BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKE, a LITTLE GULL,

landfill. It was missing for a bit so you have to be patient.
Excellent bird for Queens that was overdue. Another good result from patch

I just found and photographed a Say's Phoebe at Edgemere Landfill, Queens. It
is going from post to post on the north side of the top of the landfill.

After yesterday's rain a cold front with north winds brought many
migrant birds to Alley Pond Park, Queens.
Large numbers of N Flicker seen in many locations. Particularly 14 on
the ball field next to the handball courts.
