Canada Goose - around 25 Mallard - 20-30 Mourning Dove - 5-10 Herring Gull - 12 Double-crested Cormorant - 15-20 Great Egret - 7 Snowy Egret - 3 Black-crowned Night-Heron - 2 (Loch & Meer Island) Red-tailed Hawk - 2 Red-bellied Woodpecker - 4 Northern Flicker - pair Loch Great Crested Flycatcher - 1 Loch Eastern Kingbird - 3 Eastern Wood-Pewee - 5-7 Empidonax Flycatcher - probable Acadian south side of the Pool Warbling Vireo - 3 Red-eyed Vireo - 7-10 Blue Jay - 3-5 Northern Rough-winged Swallow - 4 Barn Swallow - 6-8 Black-capped Chickadee - 1 Green Bench Veery - 3-4 Swainson's Thrush - 2 Loch American Robin - 20-30 Gray Catbird - 5-10 Northern Mockingbird - 1 Reservoir (Bob - early) Cedar Waxwing - 5-10 House Finch - 5 American Goldfinch - 1, perhaps 2, pairs Orchard Oriole - singing second-year male Meer Island Baltimore Oriole - 5-10 with an active nest south side of the Pool Red-winged Blackbird - 5-10 Common Grackle - 4 or 5 Ovenbird - 1 Loch (Bob - early) Northern Waterthrush - 1 Loch Black-and-white Warbler - 3 (1 male, 2 females) Common Yellowthroat - 3-5 American Redstart - 10-20 (2 adult males) Northern Parula - 1 female Jug Handle Magnolia Warbler - 3 Bay-breasted Warbler - 1 female at the Pool (Deb) Yellow Warbler - 3-5 Chestnut-sided Warbler - 1 Jug Handle Blackpoll Warbler - 5-10 Black-throated Blue Warbler - 1 female just east of the Great Hill Black-throated Green Warbler - 1 female Jug Handle Canada Warbler - 2 or 3 females Wilson's Warbler - 1 first-spring male south side of the Pool Northern Cardinal - 5-7 -- Roger Pasquier reported a Swamp Sparrow at the Upper Lobe and a Chipping Sparrow between the east and west sides of the Pinetum.
