[nysbirds-l] Townsend Solitaire today, February 17 Yes

2019-02-17 Thread Richard Guthrie
A Massachusetts birder reported that he saw the Townsend Solitaire further up
the road then where it had been seen frequently on previous days.

He stated that he saw the bird in cornfield below the two houses further up
High Valley Road.

Please be mindful that with a thaw, the road becomes very soft and is subject
to becoming a maintenance headache for the residents. Please also keep that in
mind if you find it necessary to turn around in their driveway.

Good luck and remember to eBird all your sightings.

Rich Guthrie

Sorry about the late report but I just received the message.
