On 26 May at Hempstead Lake SP, a large very high overflying raptor caused a 
bit of a stir. It was overcast, the bird was high flying, visible marks not 
apparent.  No consensus from the birders who saw the bird, although a 
Mississippi Kite was noted as a possible suspect. That was my first impression 
based solely on shape and movement.  Some ebird birders reported - Raptor, Sp.
