[nysbirds-l] BB Plover / Ospreys
The female has returned to the Osprey nest at the intersection of Route 105 and Route 24 in Flanders / Riverside completing the pair. I went for a walk at low tide along the spit that sticks out into Reeves Bay in Flanders and saw 1 black-bellied plover (in non-breeding plumage of course) as well as a lone Oystercatcher.
