Giroux of Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). The bird was banded as an
adult in May 2016 in Varennes, Quebec, near Montreal. It was seen again in
the same area in 2018 and 2019. And now in Croton!

My friend Nick saw a banded Ring-billed Gull today in Southaven County Park,
Suffolk County, NY (Carmans River). Leg bands: right leg had one blue band ~1.5
cm tall with white letters reading A1L vertically

This morning, I was able to read the numbers on an adult Ring-billed Gull at
the Coeymans Landing Park on the Hudson River in Albany Co., NY.
The number 714-18420.
The automatic instant report from USFWS says that the band data has not yet
been submitted (or that the band number as
