Earlier today, I found two Cackling Geese among the 989 White-cheeked Geese
(Branta Canadensis) flock that had gathered on the Parade Grounds at Van
Cortlandt Park.
There were several small non Cackling candidates among the flock so exercise
caution when sorting through the Branta Canadensis if you do go.
