What can I say? It wasn't for lack of effort. Our CBC team had constant
/rotating coverage from dawn until dusk. It will probably show up tomorrow ...

Could not find the CAKI in about an hour search of its usual haunts in the

No luck with the kingbird despite it being seen 20 minutes before I arrived. At that time it was on the black fence south of the picnic area and old fields. Multiple birders have been searching. A single Cackling Goose was in a V of Canadas. Dan ScheimanLittle Rock, ARSent from Xfinity Connect Mobi
There were birders hard at work diligently searching FBF from the first light.
I left the scene of the crime around 1:15 pm crossing the bridge over to Fort
Tilden where I searched that area as well as Riis Park, until about 3:30 p.m.
when I finally conceded that the bird was elsewhere.
