I spotted a Golden Eagle from the subway platform at the Junction Boulevard 7 station in Queens just before 4 PM today. The bird was tracking vaguely eastward, but I lost sight of it when the train pulled up. Field notes can be found in my attached eBird checklist. Keep your eyes on the skies!
