This morning I went shorebirding on the East Pond at Jamaica Bay.  The highlights were 4 White-rumped sandpipers and 6 Stilt sandpipers which were foraging at the North End.  Nothing else of note besides the American Oystercatcher family on the island at the north end of the East Pond.  An
