I stopped by a few spots today - most had the usual suspects - highlights
were:
Jones Beach: flyover Glossy Ibis, 2 Black Skimmers on Coast Guard Sandbar
Bethpage Stables - while horseback riding, saw 2 Red Tailed Hawks -one was
unusually large
Cold Spring Harbor - on the west side
