Thanks to all who responded publicly and privately to my earlier request. Made it down there mid-afternoon, and there were no issues with any law enforcement whatsoever. Legal parking is very, very close to where the bird is hanging out, as previously described, so there is no need to park along

It is illegal to park, walk or stand on any part of the parkway. That being said many people are doing just that to see the bird. The police only come by every so often and clear out the people and the cars. If this bird continues in the area police presence may increase. Steve S. On Wed, Nov 8,
