The Ross’s Goose was not present on the pond for the past hour or so, but Miriam and I just found it on the large ball field south of the pond across Rockaway Boulevard, which is apparently still part of the park according to maps. We got a nice vantage point from 150th Street. While I was typing up this email, the flock took off and headed north, presumably back to the pond. Check both locations before giving up!
