On Saturday 9/13, I was able to get 2 & 1/2 hours out in the field, birding between 2 & 4:30 PM. I visited 4 sod fields, plus 2 (now completely) dried-up farm ponds, without seeing any shorebirds, except for a small # of Killdeers (<10). I also decided to check-out the gull situation at Iron Pier
