The Northern Shrike continues as of 7:45 this morning at Smirh Point SP on Fire Island, Suffolk County, just where Seth reported it yesterday. It is just west of the picnic area/restrooms/handball courts. This is west of the traffic circle and north of the NPS visitor center. Good luck,

Anne Lazarus just called to report that she along with Isabelle Conte and Edith Goram had continuing Greater White-fronted Goose on the parade grounds at Van Courtlandt Park in the Bronx. The bird was actively feeding with a flock of Canada Geese in the North West corner of the field. Good luck
