149 Common Mergansers
1 Red-necked Grebe
21 Northern Gannet
1 Merlin
1 Peregrine Falcon
14 Wild Turkey
2 Clapper Rail
3 Greater Yellowlegs
9 Purple Sandpipers
Currently observing a single Ross's Goose along with 5 Snow Geese amidst a
field full of Canada , pasture south of Deep Hollow Ranch, Montauk.

A very cooperative Yellow-breasted Chat is feeding in High Bush
Honeysuckle and Asian Bittersweet just below a home on 116 Hillside Avenue,
Staten
Island NY. This property belongs to Wagner College but birders.
There is a line of white plastic lawn chairs with
Cupsogue was very quiet birdwise - though there was a Snowy Owl in the
vicinity. An additional bird was picked up near the other end of Dune Rd.
There were several long-tailed ducks at the Ponqogue bridge, visible from
the southern fishing pier and Shinnecock Inlet had quite a few Loons.

I checked Gerry Park today and found neither Cackling Goose nor Greater
White-fronted Goose. However, there were four Wood Ducks, six or seven
Hooded Mergansers, and seventeen Gadwalls, in addition to the normal
residents: Canada Geese, Mallards, and Herring and Ring-billed Gulls. There
