Bird was on mound all morning. Just heard it was seen from spot on Richmond Avenue at normal spot across from Dick's. Patience may be needed. Also keep in mind that you should stay completely out of the parking lot and stand on sandy area closest to mound and behind the orange plows. Isaac

While scanning the ocean late in the afternoon on Tuesday, Pat Aitken and I observed a large seabird. We had scope views and were able to see both the dorsal and ventral aspects and made note of several key field marks. We had no references with us. After consulting references at home and
