It was a beautiful morning and high tide was about 11:00am.  I was there from about 8:30 to 11:00. Many Common Terns, around a dozen Forster's, two Roseates.  No Arctic, though there was one bird that gave me pause and had some features of Portlandica.  I suspect it was a Common. I'll post some
