The ***Eurasian Marsh-Harrier*** that has been noted from Morris County, **NEW JERSEY** has been observed and photo’d. by many, including numbers of NY state-resident birders, esp. by Wednesday, Nov. 9th. It is believed this is the bird which was seen and well-reported in mid-coast Maine
