The federal government repeatedly has cut budgets for park and
recreation areas over the past 20 years. At this point our tax dollars
actually do not cover even a bare bones budges for these areas and fees
for parking and other services are an increasingly important part of
their budgets.
It seems like this topic is related to birders and also to birds so I
