Highlights: 4 Species of Wood Warblers & Rose-breasted Grosbeak. 

Canada Goose - 22 Meer
Gadwall - 3 (2 at the Pool, 1 Reservoir) all molting
Mallard - 50+ including domestic Mallard Indian Runner Duck breed at the Meer
Mourning Dove - adults & juveniles
Chimney Swift - at least 6
Herring Gull - around 100 Reservoir & flyovers
Great Black-backed Gull - around 50 Reservoir (early this morning Mayra Cruz 
counted 8 - numbers vary by time of day)
Double-crested Cormorant - around a dozen (1 at the Meer (Jack Rothman), at 
least 10 Reservoir plus flyovers)
Great Egret - 4 (1 perched at the Meer Island, 3 flyovers)
Red-bellied Woodpecker - juvenile Wildflower Meadow
Downy Woodpecker - 5 (family of 4 Green Bench, lone bird at the Loch)
Northern Flicker - 2 (Wildflower Meadow & Loch)
American Kestrel - 3 perched together on building across 5th Ave. from 
Conservatory Garden (Mayra Cruz & Bob)
Eastern Kingbird - 2 (south of Nutter's Battery, & juvenile bathing at Meer 
Island)
Warbling Vireo - 2 (North side of Loch & in fresh basic plumage at Green Bench)
Red-eyed Vireo -2 (heard Great Hill & molting bird at the Loch (Bob - early))
Blue Jay
American Crow - vocal flyovers
Barn Swallow - flyovers (4 over the Meer, 2 over the Conservatory Garden, 3 
Reservoir)
White-breasted Nuthatch - Loch (Bob - early)
House Wren - heard singing between Grassy Knoll & Wildflower Meadow
American Robin - many juveniles about as usual in July
Gray Catbird - 11 including hatch-year at Wildflower Meadow
Northern Mockingbird - adults & juveniles (one on its own NE North Meadow 
Ballfields, others with adults)
Cedar Waxwing - 3 juveniles East Blowdown (Jack Rothman)
House Finch - 3 (Loch & Wildflower Meadow)
Song Sparrow - singing at north end of Reservoir (Deb - after lunch)
Orchard Oriole - adult female in Black Cherry Wildflower Meadow (Bob - early)
Baltimore Oriole - 3 hatch-year birds (Green Bench, Meer Island, Grassy Knoll)
Red-winged Blackbird - male Meer, female south of Nutter's Battery, others 
flushed from phragmites along the Meer
Common Grackle - adult feeding young (Mayra Cruz)
Louisiana Waterthrush - Loch (Bob - early)
Black-and-white Warbler - hatch-year male Loch Overlook (Bob - early)
American Redstart - adult female or hatch-year west side of Wildflower Meadow
Yellow Warbler - 6 or 7 (Loch, NW Meer, south side of Meer, Meer Island)
Northern Cardinal - males & females
Rose-breasted Grosbeak - hatch-year female Loch
