A first year bird was at the model airplane field. I was fortunate to get a photo of it perched on one of the fences. The cap at Croton Point has been extensively plowed in the last week. There is very little grass of any kind left. There were no raptors at all on or over the cap for about 45 minutes that I was there in the afternoon. Bob LewisSleepy Hollow NY
