Some modules declare a dependency on {{junit-addons}}. For the {{oak-jcr}}
module this brings an unwanted dependency to {{xerces:xmlParserAPIs}}, which
bleeds through as a test dependency in Eclipse and causes incorrect
dependencies to be picked ( CLI build is not affected ).
We'll leave this artifact only where it is used - {{oak-core}} with the proper
dependencies and remove it from everywhere else.
