The public key is at the root of the repo:
http://deb.obm.org/obmgpg.pub, as explained in the installation guide
for Debian: http://obm.org/content/install-obm-31-debian-wheezy.
The page was indeed not published between yesterday evening and this
morning, due to a simple mishandling. You should be fine now.
