In fact, I haven't missed it :-)
I just added another user, applied the changes and still no change to
postfix config files.
Another thing I just noticed is that cyrus is not being used now, this
is a snip from main.cf:

As I stated in my initial mail, cyrus integration in main.cf is marked
out, so cyrus is not being used at all.
I'm also not sure if postfix is supposed to be using flat fil

script update-2.1-2.2.mysql.sql, de même que des drop table if exists

I installed a fresh lenny (from net-install CD), only problem was that
postgresql didn't come up - I had to manually run 'pg_createcluster 8.3
main --start' to make it work.
I then ran 'apt-get install obm obm-funambol' - no errors
