As admin (or admin0), go take a tour of Administration-profile. You can
define a profile with access to production section (section are on
bottom), and you can also allow access to some modules (you have
completion to see what is available).

You have first to enable the modules in obm_conf.inc if they are disabled.

non ce n'est pas possible sans ecrire des lignes de code.
Le droit de modification inclu celui de suppression dans obm, c'est un droit
d'ecriture.
Apres il y a quelques fonctions hook qui peuvent etre implementees au niveau
des contacts notamment pour permettre un fonctionnement
